 The Catering Connection, a privately held company from Tulsa, OK has been in the food service and catering industry for more than 25 years. Thankfully, we have been chosen to be the food service provider for the Clinton Presidential Center and Park at Café 42. Today, The Catering Connection is one of the premiere catering companies in the Oklahoma and Arkansas metropolitan areas.
Our menus and service are what make us memorable. We pride ourselves on the wide range of choices available from our Café 42 menus, and we frequently revise, add and/or adjust menus and offerings to meet current demands for tastes, flavors and budgets. We smoke our own meats, offer marinades and uniquely seasoned cuts of prime USDA thatare second to none. We can provide a cook and grill meats on-site whenever possible or requested.

Need help to determine what to serve, how to serve or when to serve dishes? Need to know the proper etiquette for a particular event? We have served elegant sit-down dinners for Presidents, thousands of barbecue's, and even a 3,000-member Oklahoma/Arkansas National Guard training group over a 30-day period (over 55,000 meals!). Custom menus (Asian, German, Italian, Greek, African and more), theme events, such as Mardi Gras and Hawaiian Luau’s, and menu consulting are services in which we specialize. Just recently, we have become a distributor for all types of invitations, place cards, etc. that will save money for our clients. Café 42 is licensed to serve liquor and can suggest lovely wines and/or beverages for each event. We are your turnkey caterer for any type of event, capable of providing everything from flowers to food. Our staff will be able to draw on years of experience to help guide you through the maze of decisions to make your event a rousing success.
Café 42 is flexible too, able to provide healthful suggestions for guests with dietary restrictions with our veteran dietician on staff. We are committed to providing customers and their guests with menu choices that meet their wants, needs and desires.
